We are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic property company for a highly organised and proactive PA to support senior directors. Role: Personal Assistant (Advanced Microsoft Word skills required)
Location: Manchester City Centre
5 days per week in the office
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing high-quality documents, including reports, letters, and general correspondence.
- Managing directors’ diaries, scheduling meetings, inspections, and telephone conferences.
- Coordinating travel, hotel bookings, and restaurant reservations for the team.
- Maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing systems, scanning documents, and archiving files.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, handling calls and messages professionally.
- Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as required.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally supporting senior-level executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce polished documents.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is essential.
- The ability to work with discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- A team player who is reliable, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
