Position: PA to VP Global Transformation & VP Global Billing (Full-Time, Permanent)

Our client, a global organisation, is seeking a proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide high-level support to the VP of Global Transformation and VP of Global Billing. This is a critical role supporting the delivery of solution designs and global billing operations. You will be a strategic thinker who can work autonomously, take ownership of tasks, and enhance your profile within the business. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, while also leading on colleague engagement and Manchester Campus initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full PA support to the VPs of Global Transformation and Global Billing, including administrative assistance for their teams.
- Act as a proxy for your VPs on site management issues, collaborating with Facilities and Technology teams.
- Coordinate and lead staff engagement activities focused on morale, wellbeing, fundraising, and global awareness initiatives.
- Be the first point of contact and "face" of the Manchester Campus, ensuring smooth operations and supporting with Campus Health & Safety.
- Arrange complex global travel and itineraries for the VPs and senior teams, ensuring all travel arrangements are seamlessly managed.
- Organise high-profile visits, including offsite activities and onsite programmes, and manage events such as strategic team-building sessions and corporate gatherings.
- Process expenses for VPs and assist the teams with their expense management.
- Oversee new joiner onboarding, including IT kit requests, system access, and building access arrangements.
- Raise, monitor, and receipt purchase orders for relevant departments.
- Draft and collate PowerPoint presentations for meetings and deliver presentations when required.
- Arrange onsite and offsite events, leveraging contacts for catering, entertainment, and venue management.
- Take meeting minutes, noting action points, and follow up on tasks as necessary.
- Provide cover for other PAs, offering insight into other areas of the business.
Person Specification:
- Previous PA experience supporting senior leadership, ideally in a global business or corporate environment.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex travel arrangements and high-profile events.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across teams and levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and expense management systems.
- Experience with staff engagement and knowledge of health and safety is advantageous.
