Personal Assistant to Co-Founder – Manchester City Centre (Hybrid)
Our client, a thriving and established business based in Manchester City Centre, is seeking a dynamic and proactive Personal Assistant to support their Co-Founder in both a private and business capacity. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working in a varied and rewarding role.
This hybrid position requires flexibility to provide ad-hoc out-of-hours support in line with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact, managing all correspondence and enquiries efficiently.
- Organise and attend meetings, prepare materials, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and accommodation for both business and personal requirements.
- Process expenses and invoices for both business and personal tasks.
- Manage concierge-style duties such as making reservations and organising events.
- Undertake ad hoc projects and research, compiling data and producing reports.
- Liaise with key stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Provide general organisational support, ensuring seamless operations in a busy environment.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in a similar Personal Assistant role, preferably supporting at board level.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Dynamic, energetic, and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks, work on initiative, and thrive under pressure.
- Discreet and capable of handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Driver with own car for occasional travel requirements.
- Flexibility to provide out-of-hours support when required.
