Personal Assistant to CEO – Creative Company
Location: Manchester
Salary: Competitive, DOE + Discretionary Bonus Scheme

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dynamic Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a thriving creative company based in Manchester. This is a hands-on role, ideal for a proactive and adaptable PA who can seamlessly manage both business and personal responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
As the Personal Assistant, you’ll serve as the CEO’s key support, handling a range of responsibilities from complex diary management to household coordination and personal errands. This role will suit an experienced PA ready to take on a varied and engaging position, collaborating closely with other PAs and teams across the business, yet able to thrive independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Correspondence Management: Oversee all communication on behalf of the CEO, including email, phone calls, and meeting requests.
- Diary Coordination: Manage the CEO’s complex schedule, working with Directors and senior management.
- Reporting and Documentation: Compile weekly reports, documents, financial stats, and prepare presentations.
- Meeting Support: Attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure action points are addressed.
- Travel Arrangements: Organise both domestic and international travel, including visa, accommodation, and logistics.
- Expense Management: Process monthly expenses and invoices for both business and personal matters.
- Inbox and Communication Management: Full inbox oversight and drafting of company communications.
- Office Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for the office, meeting and greeting visitors.
- Personal Support: Provide personal assistance to the CEO and his family, including household management, contractor coordination, and event planning.
- Staff Coordination: Manage household staff including leave, payroll, contracts, and recruitment.
- Lifestyle Management: Coordinate personal activities, holiday planning, gift buying, and personal shopping.
- Availability: Be available out of hours on an ad hoc basis for CEO’s requirements.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Personal Assistant in a business/private capacity, ideally at CEO level.
- Proactive and Flexible: Able to prioritise effectively, with flexibility around working hours.
- Confidentiality: Maintains the highest level of discretion at all times.
- Driving Licence: Clean driving licence and access to a car are essential.
