Personal Assistant & Office Manager – Creative Organisation
Location: Castlefield, Manchester
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (DOE)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time, Office-Based
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant & Office Manager to join a well-regarded creative organisation in Castlefield, Manchester. This all-encompassing role is ideal for a proactive and organised individual who will be the ‘go-to’ person within the office, managing day-to-day studio operations and providing essential support to the Chairman and Managing Director. Your attention to detail, initiative, and ‘can-do’ attitude will be invaluable as you help keep everything running smoothly.
Duties will include:
Personal Assistance
- Support the Chairman and Managing Director with diary and email management, as well as personal commitments.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and meeting coordination.
Office Management
- Manage phone and post, greet clients, coordinate meeting room setups, and organise social events.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean and organised office environment.
Administration
- Liaise with IT providers, manage server backups, and support document control.
Marketing & PR
- Assist with website and social media updates; support brochure and presentation creation (InDesign experience desirable).
Financial Administration
- Issue invoices, support with bookkeeping, and manage office subscriptions and bills.
HR Administration
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, policy updates, and organising CPD events.
Person Specification:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); InDesign experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, numeracy, and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities with ease.

Working Hours:
Office-based role, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
