Personal Assistant/Receptionist – Temporary Contract
Location: Manchester City Centre
Hourly Rate: Up to £15 per hour (DOE)
Contract: Rolling Temporary (approximately 1-2 months)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant/Receptionist to join a reputable and friendly company based in Manchester city centre on a temporary basis. This role will support a small team during a busy period and requires candidates to be immediately available. This is a full-time, office-based role, providing essential support during a crucial time.
Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Managing multiple diaries, including handling last-minute changes.
- Travel and Accommodation: Booking both national and international arrangements.
- Presentation Preparation: Assisting with preparing presentations, documents, and meeting materials.
- Reception Duties: Welcoming and greeting guests and clients, and setting up meeting rooms.
- Administrative Support: Handling ad hoc tasks such as binding and photocopying.
Person Specification:
- Experience: At least 3 years in a PA or similar role.
- Skills: Able to use initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attributes: Well-presented, professional, flexible, and a team player.
- Adaptability: Comfortable managing last-minute changes in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Quick Learner: Able to pick up new tasks and systems efficiently.
This is a brilliant opportunity to work with a well-established company in a welcoming environment. Hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, with an hourly rate up to £15 depending on experience.
