Part-Time Personal Assistant – Independent Classical Musician (Remote/London)

Location: Primarily remote, with one in-person meeting per week in London
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per annum pro rata (dependent on experience)

A unique opportunity has arisen to support a highly successful independent classical musician as a Part-Time Personal Assistant. Working 8 hours per week, this role is perfect for someone with a passion for classical music, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to work proactively in a flexible, independent manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and project management to support performance schedules and creative initiatives.
• Preparing funding applications, budgets, and tracking financials.
• Managing tour logistics, including travel arrangements, itineraries, and visa applications.
• Liaising with music professionals and institutions to maintain clear communication.
• Overseeing data management and ensuring all records are up to date.
• Supporting the musician with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

Skills and Experience:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana (highly desirable).
• A flexible, proactive approach, capable of working independently.
• A professional, friendly, and approachable attitude with a positive, can-do mindset.
• Previous PA experience within a creative or music environment (highly desirable).
