An esteemed software development company is looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant. This full-time remote position will primarily support the CEO and CTO, ensuring streamlined operations across their schedules and assisting with financial processes. While the role is remote, candidates should be within a commutable distance to Cambridge for occasional in-person meetings.
Job Title: Personal Assistant to CEO & CTO (Remote)
Salary: £35-45k + Bonus
Hours: 40 hour working week with flexible hours

Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Maintain comprehensive diary support for both executives, coordinating and managing appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Email Management: Manage inboxes for the CEO and CTO, prioritising, filtering, and responding to emails appropriately.
- Meeting Notes and Action Tracking: Attend key meetings, taking detailed notes and tracking action items to ensure follow-up and completion.
- Document and Presentation Support: Assist in creating, formatting, and proofreading documents and presentations, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines.
- Financial Liaison: Handle day-to-day finance processes, liaising with the finance team and managing transactions.
- Expense Management: Manage expenses for both domestic and international activities, ensuring timely processing and reporting.
- Travel Arrangements: Organise all travel requirements, including booking flights and accommodations.
- Insurance and Document Handling: Manage insurances and handle sensitive documents with confidentiality.
- Support for Additional Ventures: Provide support for new business ventures launched by the executives.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally in a remote setting.
- Strong background in financial process management within an SME.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Outstanding communication skills and relationship-building capabilities.
