We are working with our client to recruit a Temporary Personal Assistant to support a busy, fast-paced team based in Manchester city centre. This role will start on Monday, 2nd June 2025, and will initially be for five weeks, including a handover period, with potential to extend to seven weeks.

Temporary Personal Assistant – Manchester City Centre
£15– £17 per hour

Office-based 4 days a week

Start date: 2nd June 2025

5–7 weeks’ cover

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA or Team Assistant who enjoys supporting a dynamic team and can confidently hit the ground running in a professional services environment. The position requires four days per week in the office, with one day remote.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Complex, proactive diary management across multiple team members

  • Organising meetings, room bookings, Teams links, equipment setup and troubleshooting

  • Inbox management and responding to emails on behalf of the team

  • Preparing, formatting, and collating documents (letters, agendas, board reports, presentations)

  • Document management and execution of legal documents

  • Booking travel and accommodation in advance

  • Processing expenses and mileage claims

  • Maintaining databases, trackers, and shared project folders (Teams, OneDrive)

  • Answering calls, taking detailed messages, and managing post

  • Managing subscriptions and supporting with CPD hour tracking

  • Event coordination and occasional visitor meet and greet duties

  • Supporting with internal systems, basic IT troubleshooting, and collaboration tools

  • Acting as a brand ambassador and upholding company values across all correspondence

The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised, and confident using Microsoft Office 365, with the ability to prioritise workload and remain composed under pressure. Prior experience working as a Personal Assistant, Team Assistant, or Office Administrator in a corporate environment is essential.
