Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex executive calendars and high-level meeting schedules.

  • Arrange international travel logistics and prepare detailed itineraries.

  • Organise executive meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.

  • Prepare reports and presentations, handling sensitive information with discretion.

  • Manage expenses and provide vital office support as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a PA or Executive Assistant in a corporate environment.

  • Experience supporting senior leaders in FTSE 250 or other global organisations is highly desirable.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
