A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a skilled and adaptable Personal Assistant to join a prestigious, global architectural and design practice. This role is ideal for a proactive and resourceful PA with a creative mindset, who enjoys building working relationships across various departments and supporting Partners and project teams at a high level.

Personal Assistant – Global Architectural/Design Practice
Location: London
Salary: £35,000 per annum (DOE) + excellent benefits
Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role:
The successful PA will work closely with the Partners and project teams, providing high-level assistance wherever the business requires. As a flexible PA within the Administration team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth operations and delivering exceptional support in a busy, dynamic studio environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Organise meetings, set up video conferences, and arrange catering as needed.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel bookings, hotel reservations, and visa applications.
  • Expense Processing: Submit and process team expenses promptly.
  • Document Management: Oversee document filing, produce weekly reports, and support ongoing projects.
  • Research and Project Support: Conduct research and assist with ad hoc projects as required.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth running of operations.

Experience and Skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a PA or Team Assistant role, ideally within a creative or design environment.
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to varying tasks based on business needs.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in IT, with intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
