Private PA to HNW – North London – £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (DOE)

A unique opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and experienced Private PA to support a High Net Worth (HNW) individual, based from their family office in North London. This is a highly logistical role that will involve managing a complex and ever-changing schedule, supporting national and international travel, meetings, and various other business commitments. The successful candidate will need to be proactive, highly organised, and able to thrive under pressure, working at pace to meet time-sensitive demands.

This role is fully office-based and requires someone with exceptional attention to detail, who is used to managing a busy and dynamic workload while maintaining the highest levels of discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screening and Handling Calls: Manage and direct calls appropriately, ensuring a seamless communication process.
  • Diary Management: Organise and maintain a complex and ever-changing schedule, ensuring the Principal is always prepared for meetings and events.
  • Meeting Management: Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring that all materials are prepared and that the Principal is well-prepared for each one.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organise both business and personal travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, taxis, and transportation, often across multiple time zones.
  • Personal Errands: Handle personal errands such as online orders, booking entertainment, restaurants, and concerts, and sourcing personal holiday itineraries.
  • Gift Management: Organise and manage business and personal gifts, ensuring timely delivery and appropriateness.
  • Property Management: Oversee property-related tasks, including managing bills, bank statements, and other administrative functions.
  • Financial Management: Manage credit card payments, invoices, and other financial transactions.
  • Family Support: Provide general support to the Principal’s immediate and extended family as needed.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a PA role, supporting at Director or HNW level.
  • Private PA Experience: Demonstrated experience managing both business and private PA duties.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite.
  • Time Zone Coordination: Experience managing tasks and schedules across multiple time zones.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, with the ability to anticipate needs and address issues proactively.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and capable of managing shifting priorities.
  • Self-Motivated: Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage workloads with minimal guidance.
  • Multitasking: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously, prioritising efficiently based on the Principal’s needs.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
