Our client is seeking a confident Temporary Receptionist to provide professional front of house support for two weeks, starting Monday 30th June. This is a part-time weekday assignment running Monday to Thursday for both weeks, based in a modern and welcoming office in Manchester city centre.

Temporary Receptionist
Location: Manchester City Centre
Assignment: Monday–Thursday, 9am–5pm (1-hour lunch), 2-week booking from 30th June
Training: 1-hour session on 25th June
Rate: £13 per hour 

The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for all visitors and clients, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience. You will also be responsible for meeting room coordination and set-up, managing bookings, and ensuring rooms are ready for use throughout the day. A short training session will take place on 25th June to ensure you're fully prepared for the assignment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and directing all visitors with professionalism and warmth

• Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are set up appropriately

• Handling incoming calls and enquiries

• Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations

• General administrative duties as required
