Our client, a well-established property company based in Manchester, is seeking a professional and friendly Temporary Receptionist to cover holiday leave from 4th to 10th October. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual looking for short-term work in a professional environment.

About the Role:
As the front-facing member of the team, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception experience. The role requires a polished, organised individual who can manage general administrative tasks with a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting visitors and providing a warm, professional welcome.
• Answering, screening, and directing phone calls in a courteous manner.
• Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organised, with the ability to handle tasks efficiently.
• A positive, can-do attitude with attention to detail.
