We are thrilled to have partnered with a prestigious tech firm based in the City to find a tenacious and talented Internal Senior Recruitment Coordinator to join their Human Resources team on a fixed-term contract.
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is immediately available and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. Working alongside an incredibly successful and collaborative team, you will support the Human Resources Business Partner to streamline the high-volume internal recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating compelling job adverts aligned with business needs and ensuring vacancy lists are consistently up to date across appropriate platforms.
- Taking detailed briefs from hiring managers to fully understand role requirements and effectively pipeline exceptional talent.
- Managing multiple roles simultaneously in a timely, efficient, and organised manner.
- Providing outstanding service when liaising with candidates, hiring managers, and the wider business both in the UK and globally.
- Promoting a positive working environment that reflects the company’s values and culture while gaining a deep understanding of the business.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Experience in recruitment coordination, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage several roles at once.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and tenacious approach to problem-solving and delivering results.
- An interest in tech or professional services is advantageous.
