Key Responsibilities:
- Manage European candidate processes, including jobs portal ownership and interview scheduling.
- Advertise open roles, including job postings and updating the company’s jobs page.
- Assist with assessing written applications.
- Coordinate graduate recruitment events internally (insight days) and externally (careers fairs and presentations).

Additional Duties:

Person Specification: This role is ideal for someone with experience in recruitment or event coordination, who wants to move away from the sales and KPI aspects of their role. You will need to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and be able to handle a busy coordination role, managing a broad spectrum of internal and external clients from graduates to senior executives. Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills are essential. As the first point of contact for applicants, this is a highly ambassadorial role that may include attending graduate recruitment events across the UK.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Over four years of experience in a relevant role (such as a busy senior administrative or personal assistant role, or a recruitment/events coordinator role).
- Outstanding attention to detail and proofing skills.
- Excellent candidate management skills, including experience in delivering difficult news.
- Proven experience coordinating multiple processes simultaneously.
- Competent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
This role offers a mix of office and work-from-home days, allowing for flexibility in your working arrangements.
