This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, collaborative HR and talent function on a three-month temporary basis, starting from early July.
Temporary Recruitment Coordinator – Manchester City Centre (Payments Industry)
Start date: Early July 2025
Length: 3-month temporary contract
Location: Manchester City Centre (hybrid)
Rate: £13- £15 per hour
As the Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting end-to-end hiring activity. From screening candidates and scheduling interviews, to managing recruitment trackers and liaising with hiring managers, you’ll help ensure a smooth and efficient process across the board.
Key responsibilities:

Screening CVs and conducting initial telephone interviews

Scheduling interviews across multiple time zones

Maintaining recruitment documentation and updating the ATS

Communicating with internal stakeholders and external candidates

Supporting offer and onboarding administration where required
Key requirements:

Previous experience in a recruitment support or talent coordination role

Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work at pace and manage multiple processes simultaneously

Professional and confident communication skills

Experience within financial services or technology sectors is beneficial
