This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, collaborative HR and talent function on a three-month temporary basis, starting from early July.

Temporary Recruitment Coordinator – Manchester City Centre (Payments Industry)
Start date: Early July 2025
Length: 3-month temporary contract
Location: Manchester City Centre (hybrid)

Rate: £13- £15 per hour

As the Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting end-to-end hiring activity. From screening candidates and scheduling interviews, to managing recruitment trackers and liaising with hiring managers, you’ll help ensure a smooth and efficient process across the board.

Key responsibilities:

• Screening CVs and conducting initial telephone interviews

• Scheduling interviews across multiple time zones

• Maintaining recruitment documentation and updating the ATS

• Communicating with internal stakeholders and external candidates

• Supporting offer and onboarding administration where required

Key requirements:

• Previous experience in a recruitment support or talent coordination role

• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work at pace and manage multiple processes simultaneously

• Professional and confident communication skills

• Experience within financial services or technology sectors is beneficial
