Our client, a prestigious law firm in London, is seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to join their team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and working closely with the wider HR team, this role will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both fee-earning and experienced hire recruitment, while also implementing strategic projects and championing diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain awareness of recruitment needs by partnering with business heads and conducting market mapping to ensure proactive hiring strategies.
- Serve as the first point of contact for your designated teams, offering recruitment guidance and support where needed.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership teams to define recruitment strategies, set routes to market, and manage expectations.
- Lead agency briefing meetings, manage preferred supplier lists (PSL), and agree terms with external recruitment agencies.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to support recruitment efforts.
- Support hiring managers throughout the candidate selection process, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
- Directly source candidates where possible and interview candidates at first and second stages.
- Liaise with the wider HR generalist team during the offer process and lead the onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Drive Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) initiatives, ensuring inclusive recruitment practices and delivering on D&I goals.
Person Specification:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the legal or professional services sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills with impeccable attention to detail and a proactive, results-driven approach.
- Ability to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- A collaborative and autonomous worker, capable of managing competing priorities independently.
- Passionate about Diversity and Inclusion, with experience delivering D&I initiatives in recruitment.
