Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the firm’s benefits offering, implementing platforms and programmes to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor trends to ensure the firm remains an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business units to lead compensation rounds, bonus reviews, and promotion strategies.
- Manage the firm’s incentive schemes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with external providers regarding benefits, job grading, and market benchmarking.
- Support and oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Work closely with the Head of HR on performance reviews, talent reviews, and succession planning initiatives.

- Proven experience in a Reward-focused role, ideally within a global organisation.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to take ownership and influence decision-making at a senior level.
- Strong understanding of compensation, benefits, payroll, and job grading practices.
- Analytical skills to monitor market trends and benchmark against competitors effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
