Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the firm’s benefits offering, implementing platforms and programmes to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitor trends to ensure the firm remains an employer of choice.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business units to lead compensation rounds, bonus reviews, and promotion strategies.
  • Manage the firm’s incentive schemes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with external providers regarding benefits, job grading, and market benchmarking.
  • Support and oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Work closely with the Head of HR on performance reviews, talent reviews, and succession planning initiatives.

Person Specification

  • Proven experience in a Reward-focused role, ideally within a global organisation.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to take ownership and influence decision-making at a senior level.
  • Strong understanding of compensation, benefits, payroll, and job grading practices.
  • Analytical skills to monitor market trends and benchmark against competitors effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proactive, innovative, and solutions-oriented, with a passion for continuous improvement.
