Location: Warwickshire (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Contract: 9-Month Fixed-Term Contract (potential for extension)
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum (DOE)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a prominent manufacturing business as a Talent Coordinator on an initial 9-month contract. This unique role combines experienced hire and early careers coordination, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals with HR administration, general administration, or scheduling experience who are eager to expand their skill set.

About the Role:
As a Talent Coordinator, you will manage and streamline recruitment processes, playing a vital role in interview scheduling, candidate engagement, and onboarding. This hybrid position is based out of their Warwickshire office, with 3 days in-office and 2 from home each week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule interviews for office and global team members, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Maintain a high standard of service for candidates, stakeholders, agencies, and external suppliers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Post job adverts, manage applications, and conduct initial screenings.
  • Coordinate and lead assessment centres, providing prompt and efficient feedback.
  • Ensure data integrity within the ATS and track all recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to prepare contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documents.
  • Support wider recruitment-related projects as needed.

Person Specification:

  • Prior experience in interview scheduling and recruitment coordination.
  • Background in HR or talent acquisition is advantageous.
  • Highly organised with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
