We are working with our client, a highly regarded organisation in the property sector, to recruit a professional and proactive Team Administrator to join their team based in Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience to support a busy commercial property management team in a varied and engaging role.
Team Administrator – Warrington
Office-based
Birchwood, Warrington
Full-time, Permanent
35 hours per week (Monday–Thursday 9:00am–5:00pm, Friday 9:00am–3:45pm)
Key Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support across the commercial property team

Producing accurate documents, agreements, reports, and correspondence

Managing and maintaining operational schedules and filing systems (paper and digital)

Liaising with tenants, suppliers, local authorities, and other external stakeholders

Organising and minuting internal and external meetings
-
Handling incoming calls and enquiries
-
Monitoring and managing shared inboxes, redirecting as necessary
-
Providing administrative support to other departments when needed
-
General office duties including stationery ordering, post handling, visitor reception, and IT liaison

Maintaining staff records (holidays, absence, long service, and milestones)
Candidate Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar office-based administrative role, ideally in property or professional services

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and Adobe Pro; Mail Manager experience is desirable

Excellent communication and numerical skills

Organised, proactive, and able to manage priorities independently

High attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Professional and personable approach with confidence in liaising at all levels
Location: Warrington – this is a fully office-based role.
