Team Assistant – Architecture and Design Consultancy
Location: South West London
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum plus benefits
We are urgently seeking a bright and proactive Team Assistant to join a global Architecture and Design Consultancy on a permanent basis. Based in their fabulous South West London studio, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is quick to learn.
In this role, you will juggle multiple priorities, manage diaries, arrange travel, support project work, and oversee administrative processes. If you are enthusiastic, adaptable, and bring plenty of team spirit, this could be the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and setting up video conferences, including organising catering when required.
- Organising international travel and preparing detailed itineraries.
- Processing team expenses in a timely and accurate manner.
- Overseeing document management, handling correspondence, and producing weekly reports.
- Conducting research and supporting on project work as needed.
- Handling day-to-day administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the team.
Skills and Experience:
- Ideally, at least one year of experience in a Team Assistant role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong prioritisation skills and a proactive approach to completing tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
