Team Assistant – Asset Management Firm
Location: London (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE) plus excellent benefits
A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and proactive Team Assistant to join a successful and highly regarded Asset Management firm in London. This is an exciting and varied role where you will work closely with the Executive Assistant, supporting key teams and taking on tasks that offer opportunities for development and learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Investment and Research teams with ad hoc tasks and administrative needs.
- Managing team calendars and ensuring diaries are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinating and preparing logistics for internal and external meetings, including video conference setups, boardroom arrangements, and meeting materials.
- Organising international travel arrangements for team members.
- Assisting with the planning of company events, such as breakfasts, lunches, and staff gatherings, including catering arrangements.
- Providing support for Sales/Marketing activities in Salesforce, including assisting with reporting.
- Preparing and submitting expense claims for the team in a timely manner.
- Greeting and assisting visitors and clients in the office.
- Assisting with the general running of the office, including First Aid and Fire Marshall duties.
- Handling additional responsibilities during staff holidays or increased workloads.
Skills and Experience Required
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar office administration or Team Assistant role.
- Experience in the asset management industry is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A customer service focus with strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.
- Flexible and accommodating, with the ability to handle assignments independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
- Discretion and judgement when handling confidential information.
- Self-motivated and able to maintain high productivity, even when working virtually.
