Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities
- Diary Management: Coordinate meetings, set up video conferences, and arrange catering when required.
- Travel Organisation: Arrange international travel and produce comprehensive itineraries.
- Expense Management: Process team expenses in a timely and accurate manner.
- Document Management: Handle correspondence, produce weekly reports, and manage document workflows.
- Research and Projects: Assist with ad hoc research and project work as needed.
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks to support the team.
Skills and Experience
- Ideally, 1 year's experience in a similar Team Assistant role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding prioritisation and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude.
