Team Assistant – Investment Boutique, Chelsea (Office-Based)
Our client, a prestigious investment boutique based in Chelsea, is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Team Assistant to join their collaborative and professional team. Working closely with the Senior Executive Assistant and Office Manager, you will provide administrative support to the wider team and help ensure the smooth running of the office. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to build a career in business support, with full training and mentoring provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assist a small, busy team of executives with diary management, scheduling UK and overseas meetings, document production, and business travel arrangements.
- Office Management Assistance: Support the Office Manager in vendor management, setting up meeting and board rooms, organising catering, greeting guests, and managing post, couriers, and telephone calls.
- General Office Duties: Order stationery, input data, maintain asset lists, and assist with ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
