Job Title: Team Assistant – Global Design Consultancy – South West London – Permanent – £28,000 to £30,000
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a bright and proactive Team Assistant to join a global design consultancy based in their vibrant South West London studio. This is a dynamic role offering variety and excitement, where you will play a key part in ensuring the successful delivery of cutting-edge client projects.
As a Team Assistant, you will use your expert organisational skills to manage busy diaries, schedules, and a variety of administrative tasks, including organising travel, processing expenses, and conducting research. Key Responsibilities:
- Diary management, including organising meetings, setting up video conferences, and arranging catering when required.
- Organising international travel and producing detailed itineraries for the team.
- Processing team expenses and handling general administrative tasks.
- Document management, correspondence, and producing weekly reports.
- Research and project support, assisting with various client projects.
- Day-to-day administrative duties, including filing, handling calls, and managing communications.
Skills and Experience:
- Ideally, at least 1 year’s experience in a Team Assistant role within a busy office environment.
- Fluency in French and English is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills with a proactive, can-do approach to tasks.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
