Team Assistant | South West London | Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

We are urgently looking for a bright and proactive Team Assistant to join a fabulous global Design Consultancy. Based in their stunning South West London studio, you will support the team with administrative processes, ensuring the successful delivery of cutting-edge, exciting client projects.

Using your expert organisational skills, you will be responsible for juggling busy diaries and schedules, organising travel, processing expenses, conducting research, and more!

Responsibilities include:

• Diary management – organising meetings, setting up video conferences, and arranging catering when required.
• Organising international travel and producing itineraries.
• Processing team expenses.
• Document management, correspondence, and producing weekly reports.
• Research and project work.
• Day-to-day administrative tasks.

Skills and Experience:

• Ideally 1-2 years’ experience in a Team Assistant role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding prioritisation skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 plus benefits (depending on experience).
