PA/Team Assistant - Fund/Investment Management | Salary £55,000 - £60,000
A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA/Team Assistant to join a reputable Fund/Investment Management business. This busy and demanding role requires outstanding communication skills, as you will be managing relationships with investors and shareholders. With responsibility for assisting in the preparation of investor communications, organising investor events, and maintaining investor databases, this is an ideal position for someone with advanced MS Office skills and a keen interest in investor relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Investor Relations team in all aspects of investor relations activities.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of investor communications, including quarterly reports, press releases, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor databases, ensuring all investor contact details and preferences are properly recorded.
- Coordinate logistics for investor events, such as annual meetings, investor conferences, and roadshows.
- Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and visa arrangements. Anticipate and proactively address any potential travel-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and communications, to gather information for investor-related materials.
- Assist in the preparation and organisation of materials for investor meetings and presentations.
- Track and reconcile expenses, prepare expense reports, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Assist with special projects and tasks, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Manage and respond to investor enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in maintaining the company's investor relations website, ensuring it is updated with relevant information and documents.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with all.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate the needs of the Investor Relations team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- A professional demeanour, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in investor relations or a related field is preferred but not essential.
