Team Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Assistant to join a dynamic, fast-growing private equity firm based in the West End. Supporting a small team of Analysts and Associates, this role is an ideal first step into the support role and the fabulous world of private equity. Created due to internal promotion, you will work alongside and under the guidance of a phenomenal team of EAs, many of whom have transitioned from this role into their current positions.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Diary Management: Handle calls, meetings, travel, and prepare supporting documents.
- Daily Agendas: Proactively review schedules and liaise with relevant stakeholders.
- Meetings Coordination: Manage business origination, portfolio, and IR roadshows—domestic and international.
- Presentation Collation: Edit and prepare confidential materials, arranging printing and binding.
- Ad-hoc Support: Assist with team expenses when required.
- Office Management: Monitor stationery supplies and maintain a tidy office space.
- Meeting Minutes: Take and circulate minutes for EA & TA bi-weekly team calls.
- Business Cards Ordering: Manage orders for team business cards.
- Travel Coordination: Organise international travel, including passports, visas, and itineraries for Associates and Analysts.
- CRM Administration: Manage CRM platforms and organise the SharePoint drive.
- Onboarding Management: Lead the onboarding scheduling process and keep documents updated.
- Team Support: Provide holiday and sick leave cover for the admin team as needed.
