A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a bright and proactive Team Assistant to join a leading global design consultancy based in their stunning studio in South West London. You will support the team with administrative processes, ensuring the successful delivery of cutting-edge, exciting client projects.
Using your expert organisational skills, you will be responsible for juggling busy diaries and schedules, organising travel, processing expenses, conducting research, and more! Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Organising meetings, setting up video conferences, and arranging catering as required.
- Travel Coordination: Organising international travel and producing detailed itineraries.
- Expense Processing: Managing team expenses accurately and efficiently.
- Document Management: Handling correspondence and producing weekly reports.
- Research and Project Work: Conducting research and assisting with various project tasks.
- Administrative Tasks: Performing day-to-day administrative functions to support the team.
Skills and Experience:
- Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in a Team Assistant role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding prioritisation skills with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum plus benefits, depending on experience.
