Team Assistant to the CEO - Global FinTech Business
Location: Office-Based
Salary: £50,000 (DOE) plus excellent benefits

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Team Assistant to join the Executive Office of the CEO of an innovative and expanding global FinTech business. This role offers an exciting chance for an individual looking for a busy and challenging position, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across the organisation. Working alongside the EA to the CEO, you will provide essential administrative and operational support.

This unique opportunity is perfect for a Team Assistant eager to work with an entrepreneurial, driven Founder, and hungry to advance their career in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complex calendar management, navigating multiple time zones and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Arranging global travel itineraries and logistics for the CEO.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling enquiries and relaying information.
  • Ensure seamless execution of processes and outcomes for both business and personal matters of the CEO, including family and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and discussions.
  • Conduct research and prepare documents as required.
  • Support a wide variety of projects and initiatives as necessary.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Team Assistant in a start-up environment, directly supporting CEOs or Founders.
  • Strong academic background, preferably a degree in business administration, entrepreneurship, or a related field (desirable).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various project management tools.
  • Highly organised, comfortable working in an agile and ever-changing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Impeccable integrity and ability to manage confidentiality.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

This role is office-based and requires flexibility outside of core working hours.
