Team Assistant – Global Design Consultancy
Location: South West London (Battersea, Clapham, Fulham)
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (DOE) plus benefits
Contract: Permanent
We are urgently looking for a bright and proactive Team Assistant to join a fabulous global design consultancy based in their stunning South West London studio, conveniently located in the vibrant areas of Battersea, Clapham, and Fulham. In this dynamic role, you will support the team with essential administrative processes, ensuring the successful delivery of cutting-edge and exciting client projects.
Utilising your expert organisational skills, you will be responsible for juggling busy diaries and schedules, organising travel, processing expenses, conducting research, and more! Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Organise meetings, set up video conferences, and arrange catering when required.
- Travel Coordination: Organise international travel and produce detailed itineraries.
- Expense Processing: Accurately process team expenses in a timely manner.
- Document Management: Handle correspondence, manage documents, and produce weekly reports.
- Research and Project Work: Conduct research to support various projects and initiatives.
- Day-to-Day Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience: Ideally 1-2 years of experience in a Team Assistant role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prioritisation: Outstanding prioritisation skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience) plus a comprehensive benefits package.
