Team Assistant – Global Design Consultancy
Location: South West London (Battersea, Fulham)
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 plus benefits (DOE)

We are urgently seeking a bright and proactive Team Assistant to join a top-tier design consultancy in their dynamic South West London studio, located in the vibrant Battersea and Fulham area. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support a talented team in delivering high-profile projects for an impressive global client base.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing busy diaries, scheduling meetings, setting up video conferences, and arranging catering when needed.
• Coordinating international travel and producing detailed itineraries.
• Processing team expenses and ensuring accurate submissions.
• Document management, correspondence, and generating weekly reports.
• Conducting research and supporting various project work.
• Overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks to support seamless operations.

Skills and Experience:

• Ideally, 1-2 years’ experience in a Team Assistant role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with a proactive, adaptable approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
