PA/Team Assistant – Private Equity Firm | £25 per hour + holiday pay | West End | Hybrid (1 day WFH)

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA/Team Assistant to support the Head of Investor Relations and the wider team of a boutique Private Equity firm in the West End. This busy, demanding, and varied role would suit an expert organiser with extensive experience in organising Roadshows, events, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbox management for the Head of Investor Relations and wider team.
  • Manage team diaries and support meetings, including booking meeting rooms, arranging catering, etc.
  • Organise Roadshows, events, lunches, dinners, and other business-related gatherings.
  • Expense management and reconciliation.
  • CRM management to ensure up-to-date records.
  • Maintain accurate records of investors and other key contacts.
  • Manage database and distribution lists to ensure seamless communication.

Person Specification:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience providing assistant-level support in a client-facing function within the financial or professional services sector.
  • Experience in organising Roadshows & events and project management skills are essential.
  • Confident working in a professional, corporate environment with excellent attention to detail.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and adaptable with outstanding communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly Rate: £25 per hour + holiday pay (depending on experience).
  • Location: West End, London, with hybrid working (1 day per week from home).
  • Core Hours: 9 am – 5 pm.
