Job Title: Team Assistant – Premier League Football Club | Location: London | Salary: £16 - £18 per hour

We are currently looking for an experienced Team Assistant to join a Premier League football club in London on a temporary basis. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant looking to work in a dynamic, fast-moving, and creative business. The assignment will start ASAP and will run for 2-3 months while they recruit someone permanently for the position.

In this role, you will support a wider team of PAs and EAs by arranging complex global travel and creating detailed itineraries for a large team of Sales and Partnership Managers who travel extensively for client meetings. You’ll also enjoy getting involved with a wide range of ad hoc support tasks and projects. As the first point of contact for the office, you will have a visible, ambassadorial role, welcoming clients and visitors, setting up meeting rooms, arranging catering and refreshments, organising events, and more!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of international travel and other logistical arrangements, including handling visa applications, passport renewals, flights, cars, hotels, restaurant bookings, etc.
  • Managing and rearranging constantly changing schedules, flights, and bookings while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordination of visits from clients, partners, and VIP guests.
  • Diary management and ensuring all bookings are accurate and adhere to company policies.
  • Building strong relationships with key contacts across ground transportation, airlines, hotels, and restaurants.
  • General administration duties, including processing expenses and raising purchase orders.
  • Meeting and greeting guests, setting up meeting rooms, and providing guest hospitality.
  • Handling ad hoc errands and runner duties on and off-site.
  • Supporting and managing events.

  • A team player, capable of supporting a diverse group of individuals with different personalities and work styles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Impressive attention to detail in all areas of work.
  • Ambitious, hardworking, and extremely proactive.
  • Flexible in attitude to work and hours, able to adjust to various time zones when required.
  • Innovative thinking with a positive outlook.
