About the Role:
As a Team Assistant, you will be the backbone of the team, helping with a variety of administrative tasks to support project activities and the daily operations of the office. Key Responsibilities:

- File and Record Management: Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring easy access to necessary information.
- Office Supplies Management: Monitor office supply levels and order materials as needed.
- Event Coordination: Assist with planning and organising team events, training sessions, and other activities.
Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in an administrative or team support role, preferably within a professional services or engineering environment.
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A positive, can-do attitude with a collaborative approach to supporting team members.
