Team Assistant – Global Design Consultancy
Location: South West London
Salary: £30,000 per annum + benefits
Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role:
In this role, you will manage administrative processes to ensure smooth project delivery and provide day-to-day support to the team. This is an ideal opportunity for a Team Assistant looking for a role with variety and pace within a creative, design-led environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Coordinate busy schedules, organise meetings, set up video conferences, and arrange catering as needed.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan and organise international travel, producing detailed itineraries.
  • Expense Processing: Submit and manage team expenses in a timely manner.
  • Document Management: Handle correspondence, produce weekly reports, and support document filing.
  • Research and Project Work: Assist with research and support project-related tasks.
  • General Administration: Perform daily administrative duties to support the team’s efficiency.

Skills and Experience:

  • Ideally 1-2 years’ experience in a Team Assistant role within a busy office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong prioritisation skills and a proactive, adaptable approach to tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
