If Investment Banking and Finance are industries that you thrive in or the sound of it excites you then our client is looking for an experienced team PA to support the effective day-to-day working of the London office. Your main focus will be supporting the Managing Partner but to also to free up time from the teams everyday administrative tasks such as diary management and manage complex travel arrangements. You will act as the first point of contact for prospective clients and meet and greet them on arrival. You will also be expected to provide ad-hoc project support directly as necessary.

Salary: £35,000- £38,000 per annum. Full Time based in the office
Contract: Permanent
As the Team EA you will play a pivotal role in managing the busy team’s daily activities. Working to tight deadlines and under pressure your role will provide exposure across a broad range of areas that would also provide client contact. General Office Management and Relationship Management support will provide the opportunity to expand on the traditional PA tasks.

EA Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to a team of 20 , managing their diaries, scheduling appointments and ensuring their day runs efficiently.
Communication Management: Act as the first point of contact for both internal and external communications, including managing emails, phone calls and correspondence. Send correspondence to key stakeholders around report launches, events and stakeholder moments.
Meeting Coordination: Organise and prepare for meetings, including arranging logistics, creating agendas and taking minutes.
Document Management: Handle confidential documents and assist in preparing reports, presentations and other materials as needed. Review speaking requests for all staff and manage related correspondence.
Travel Arrangements: Manage complex travel for senior staff as required for work, including planning visits and international conference attendance.
Client Interaction: Interact with clients in a professional manner, maintaining confidentiality and assisting with basic client inquiries. Build relationships with relevant diary managers to ensure smooth and regular correspondence. Proactively manage engagement with the team to ensure a smooth and professional interaction.
Office Support: Provide general office support, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven 3 years + experience as PA– a background with exposure to Financial Services is preferred but not a prerequisite
