We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading private equity firm, for a highly organised and proactive Team Personal Assistant to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Manchester City Centre - Office-Based 

Based in the heart of Manchester City Centre, this is a fantastic opportunity for a professional Personal Assistant to support a group of senior Investment Directors within a prestigious financial services environment. The successful candidate must be available to start immediately or within the next couple of weeks to allow for a thorough handover. This is a renowned organisation, and a fantastic opportunity. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Complex diary and travel management for multiple Directors

  • Acting as front of house, welcoming guests and managing meeting rooms

  • Organising internal and external events, conferences and offsites

  • Processing expenses and invoices, managing compliance documentation

  • Preparing high-quality reports and presentations (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Maintaining accurate records, databases, and onboarding admin

  • Supporting a fast-paced, high-performing team with varied admin support

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a PA or Team Assistant in a corporate setting

  • Ideally previous exposure to financial services 

  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset

  • Confident with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • A team player who enjoys supporting senior stakeholders

Salary and benefits:

  • £35,000– £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
