Working closely with a team of like-minded PAs, you’ll support 4–5 senior executives with full diary management, meeting coordination, and a range of administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be highly organised, confident in managing multiple priorities, and keen to develop their PA skills further.
Key Responsibilities:

Providing day-to-day support to 4–5 executives

Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics

Preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes

Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders

Assisting with team projects and reporting

Maintaining accurate records and systems
Requirements:

1–2 years’ experience in a PA or administrative support role

Strong organisational and communication skills
