We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant to support the Founder of a small but impactful creative agency. Virtual Assistant (Self-Employed) – Creative Agency
Location: Remote (UK-based) | 10 Hours Per Week | £28 per hour
This opportunity would suit someone who thrives in a supportive role, enjoys variety, and is confident managing day-to-day admin and project-related tasks independently. Working 10 hours per week (approximately 2 hours per day), the role is designed to offer maximum flexibility while providing essential virtual support.
Please note: We can only consider applicants who are already registered as self-employed in the UK and have recent, proven experience working as a Virtual Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:

Inbox and Calendar Management – Monitor and manage the Founder’s inbox, prioritise and respond to communications, and coordinate diaries

Document Creation and Editing – Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals with attention to detail and clear formatting

LinkedIn Support – Review inbox messages, filter job applications, and highlight potential hires

Ad hoc Administrative Support – Take ownership of administrative duties and assist with small projects
What We’re Looking For:

Recent experience as a Virtual Assistant, ideally supporting a creative agency, entrepreneur, or small business

Strong organisational and time management skills

Confident using digital tools and platforms for communication and workflow

Excellent written and verbal communication

A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently
