About the Role:
Working closely with the non-profit’s leadership, you’ll handle essential administrative tasks, streamline processes, and support various initiatives. This flexible, part-time position is perfect for a VA looking to contribute meaningfully to a purpose-driven organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email and Calendar Management: Monitor the organisation’s email, manage communications, and coordinate scheduling.
- Document Preparation: Assist in creating and editing reports, presentations, and other organisational materials.
- Social Media and Website Updates: Support social media posting, update website content, and engage with online followers.
- Fundraising Support: Assist with donor communications, data entry, and tracking donations.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take notes.
- Ad Hoc Administrative Tasks: Perform various tasks as required to support the organisation’s day-to-day needs.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, ideally within a non-profit or small business.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; experience with social media management tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, flexible, and compassionate approach to work.
