About the Role:
As the Workplace Experience Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing employee engagement and creating an exceptional workplace environment. Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll manage facilities operations, oversee health and safety protocols, and drive initiatives that support a positive and productive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day facilities management, ensuring a seamless office experience.
- Oversee vendor management, coordinating contracts, services, and supplies.
- Implement and manage health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Organise and manage office events, collaborating with internal teams to create engaging experiences.
- Work closely with HR and IT teams to ensure onboarding processes and employee workspace needs are met.
- Handle office logistics, including space planning and any necessary renovations or improvements.
- Monitor and optimise the budget for workplace experience initiatives.
