PA Team Lead
Location: Manchester or Birmingham (Hybrid – 2–3 days in the office, rest working from home)
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (DOE) plus benefits
A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for an established Personal Assistant with line management experience to join a forward-thinking, international real estate consultancy firm at either their Manchester or Birmingham office on a full-time permanent basis.
This role combines hands-on PA support to 2 Directors with the responsibility of managing and developing a growing PA team. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career by contributing to the creation of a high-performing PA function in a global business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing effective PA support to the Management Board and Operational Directors.
- Driving a high-performance culture within the Operations PA team.
- Managing, mentoring, and developing the PA team, promoting company values and the One Team culture.
- Ensuring standardisation and consistency across the team with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Building a collaborative and continuous improvement culture within the team through training and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborating with leadership to proactively manage business demand, allocating resources efficiently and transitioning new work smoothly.
- Acting as an ambassador for the PA function and showcasing its value across the business.
- Supporting department managers with new initiatives, projects, and change management.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in people and performance management, ideally within a professional business support environment.
- Experience standardising and improving processes and ways of working.
- Demonstrable ability to identify opportunities and implement effective business solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Teams and SharePoint; experience with platforms like Monday.com or Microsoft Project is desirable.
- Resilience, initiative, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple team members and stakeholders effectively.
