Personal Assistant – Real Estate Team
Location: Leeds
Contract: 5-Month Fixed Term Contract
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre Personal Assistant to support the Real Estate team at a prestigious professional services firm based in Leeds. This role covers a 5-month fixed term contract and offers hybrid working depending on individual needs, so flexibility is required.
This position involves proactive administrative support and high-level PA support to partners, as well as assisting with business development and marketing initiatives.
Candidates must be immediately available to be considered.
Duties will include:
PA & Team support
- Providing a high-level PA support to the partners and legal directors as required.
- Management of complex diaries, ensuring all priorities are met.
- Booking travel and accommodation.
- Processing expenses.
- Attending internal and external meetings to take minutes/actions and deliver on any follow-up.
- Producing meeting materials including agendas, reports, and documents.
- Ensuring new starter and leaver processes are adhered to.
- Handling general ad-hoc administrative tasks for partners and legal directors.
- Building relationships both internally and externally.
Business Development
- Working with partners and legal directors to maximise business development opportunities.
- Ensuring partners deliver on any actions and liaising with businesses as required.
- Preparing and researching client intelligence or information.
- Updating CRM systems.
Marketing
- Working closely with the marketing team.
- Actively driving and supporting legal teams and firm-wide marketing initiatives.
- Assisting legal teams with the upkeep of the marketing database.
Person Specification:
- Previous PA experience of working in a law firm or professional services environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
- Ability to build long-lasting relationships at all levels.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Professional, positive, and discreet, with a high degree of confidentiality.
