We’re working with our client, a leading financial advisory firm, to recruit a Temporary Team PA to support their London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a high-calibre PA with experience in investment banking or financial services (or a keen interest in the sector) to join a fast-paced, professional environment.
This position will primarily support the Managing Partner, as well as the wider team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence.
Team PA – Temporary
Location: West End, London
Hourly Rate: £20 per hour
Contract: Temporary – Full Time, Office-Based
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Day-to-day diary management and administrative support for a team of 20.
- Communication Management: Act as first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing correspondence and calls.
- Meeting Coordination: Organise and prepare meetings, logistics, agendas, and take minutes as required.
- Document Management: Assist with confidential documents, reports, and presentation prep.
- Travel Arrangements: Manage complex international and domestic travel for senior stakeholders.
- Client Interaction: Greet clients and manage incoming enquiries, acting as a professional first point of contact.
- Office Support: Provide ad hoc project and admin support across the team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a PA or Team Assistant, ideally within financial or professional services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and a flexible, can-do attitude.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters.
